Soft Magnetic Alloys
Fe50Ni50 Soft Magnetic Alloy
High-saturation, soft magnetic alloy with superior corrosion resistance for demanding magnetic and marine applications.

The High-Flux Standard for Magnetic Precision
This specialized soft magnetic alloy combines high saturation induction with exceptional permeability to ensure maximum efficiency in electromagnetic systems.
Ingot Manufacturing Process
Fe50Ni50 ingots are manufactured in-house via the Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) process using virgin raw materials and trace element controls.
RFQ from Customer
We start with customer-specific batch inputs and target compositions, adjusting for custom geometry and magnetic behavior.
Alloy Design/Planning
As per customer requirement mould design carried out and planned for charge preparation, charge sequences in VIM furnace. Careful selection of raw materials are the prime factor to achieve specified chemistry of an alloy. Trace alloying elements like Si and Mn are charged under full vacuum without breaking the melt integrity, ensuring homogeneous mixing.
Alloy Melting by VIM
Virgin elements are charged into the VIM furnace either in air or under vacuum, with precise adjustments made for trace element additions during melting.
Process & Quality Control
The melt is poured under vacuum into precision-engineered molds using an automatic tilting mechanism for defect-free solidification.
Primary Finishing
Post-casting processes include surface treatment, cropping, and preparation of ingots for downstream processing.
Testing & Packaging
Every batch is tested for chemical composition by Spark- OES / wet analysis / Gas analysis, and physical compliance as per customer specification before secure packaging.
