Stator Laminations
Cobalt Iron Stator Laminations
Ultra-thin, high-saturation magnetic solutions for high power-density electric machines.

Maximum Torque, Minimum Size.
Precision engineering starts at the core. The stator is the heart of the motor - but the material is its pulse. Selecting high-grade Cobalt-Iron laminations is what separates standard performance from critical reliability in the world's most demanding electric machines.

~2.4 Tesla: The Highest Magnetic Saturation
Cobalt-Iron (CoFe) laminations are ultra-thin, high-performance magnetic steel sheets, precision stamped and stacked to form stator cores. By enabling higher magnetic flux density than any other soft magnetic material, CoFe allows engineers to design motors that are smaller, lighter, and more powerful than Silicon Steel or Nickel Alloy alternatives. This is the material of choice when power density is non-negotiable. PML supplies laminations produced by Hiperco 50, Vacoflux 50, AFK50, Vacodur 49, CoFe 49, CoFe 27.
