Stator Laminations
Nickel Alloy Stator Laminations
Ultra-high permeability magnetic cores engineered for low-field, precision-critical applications.

Where Precision Matters More Than Power.
When your application demands ultra-sensitive magnetic response at low flux densities, not peak torque, Nickel Alloy laminations are the material of choice. PML manufactures high-grade Ni-Fe laminations for engineers who cannot afford magnetic compromise.

Engineered for Sensitivity, Not Just Strength
Nickel-Iron (Ni-Fe) alloy laminations are the preferred solution when high permeability and low core losses are the design priorities. Unlike Silicon Steel or Cobalt-Iron alloys which are optimized purely for high saturation, the Ni-Fe family offers unparalleled versatility for specialized applications. From 48% Nickel grades, engineered to balance higher saturation levels with exceptional magnetic responsiveness for specialty motors and transformers, to 80% Nickel grades, designed for extreme sensitivity in environments where the magnetic signal is weak or electrical noise must be minimized. Across all grades, these laminations are built for precision instrumentation, sensors, and rotating machines where superior magnetic control is an engineering requirement.
